Formulations, ingredients, nutritional values and packaging may be revised from time to time. Always read the label and the ingredient declaration on the pack before consumption, particularly if you have an allergy or intolerance.
Claims made in respect of our products are stated exactly as declared on the product label and are made in accordance with the Food Safety and Standards (Advertising and Claims) Regulations, 2018 and the Food Safety and Standards (Labelling and Display) Regulations, 2020. Nothing on this website extends, reworks or embellishes a label claim. In particular:
“Zero Added Sugar” means no sugar is added during manufacture. It does not mean the product is sugar-free. Our products contain naturally occurring sugars from milk. Refer to the nutritional information panel on the pack for the total sugar content.
“Lactose Free” means the lactose content has been reduced in accordance with the applicable standard. It does not mean the product is dairy-free, milk-free or suitable for a person with a milk allergy. All our products contain milk and are unsuitable for persons with milk protein allergy.
“18g Protein” refers to the Brewed Protein Cold Coffee variant and is stated per 230ml can as declared on that pack. It does not apply to any other variant.
“100% Arabica” refers to the coffee used in the product.
“Zero Crash” is a statement of product experience. It is not a nutritional, health or medical claim.
Nothing on this website constitutes health, nutritional, dietetic or medical advice, and no content here should be read as claiming that any 1AM product prevents, treats, cures or mitigates any disease, disorder or condition.
Our products contain coffee and therefore contain caffeine. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, are sensitive to caffeine, are under medical supervision, are taking medication, are managing a condition affected by caffeine or dairy intake, or are considering these products for a child, consult a qualified medical practitioner before consumption. Consume in moderation.
Our products are food and are not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle.

The Maximum Retail Price shown on this website, where shown, is inclusive of all taxes and is subject to change without notice. The MRP printed on the pack you purchase is the operative price. Prices, offers and pack configurations may differ between channels.
Our products are sold through third-party retailers, distributors, marketplaces and quick-commerce platforms. We do not control the prices displayed, discounts offered, delivery timelines, product descriptions, images, stock availability or service standards on those platforms. Any transaction you enter into on a third-party platform is between you and that platform or seller, and is governed by their terms.
We are not responsible for products purchased from any unauthorised seller, or for products that have been stored, handled or transported outside our stated conditions, and no warranty, replacement or shelf-life commitment extends to such products.

No agent, consultant, intermediary or third party is authorised to appoint a partner, quote terms, negotiate margins, accept an order or collect money on our behalf unless we have confirmed that authority to you in writing from one of the addresses above.
Payments are accepted only by bank transfer to the account of AM Foods & Beverages LLP as printed on our tax invoice. We do not accept cash, and we do not accept payment into any personal account. Our bank details never change by telephone, WhatsApp or email. If you receive a communication purporting to be from 1AM that asks you to remit funds to a different account, or that offers terms inconsistent with our published trade terms, do not act on it — verify it first by calling +91 88888 80269.
